About the club. Background and where we compete. Training. Newton Aycliffe Youth Centre A.F.C. was established in 1989 and gained FA Charter Standard as a development club in 2001. We received the County and Regional Charter Standard Club of the year award in 2004. We compete at all age groups for boys, in the Teesside Junior Football Alliance and for girls, under14, in the Tyne and Wear Russel Foster League. TRAINING: Takes place on a Tuesday or Thursday evening between 5.30pm and 8.30pm. During Spring and Summer, outdoor training takes place at the Oakleaf Sports Centre. Autumn and Winter training takes place indoors at Woodham Community Technology College and Greenfield School. We now offer specialised Goalkeeper training. This takes place every saturday at the Cumby Arms Playing Field, Heighington. Under 11's and younger - 1.30pm - 2.30pm / Under 12's and older - 2.30pm - 3.30pm (It is free to all our club players) Please contact the Club Chairman or Club Secretary for more details. contacts |
