"Hello my name is Paul Fitzpatrick and I have the great privilege of being the Newton Aycliffe Youth Centre AFC under 7’s Manager/Coach.
Presently we have 15 regular footballers, each with a unique personality and football talent. This in the main had been previously developed by Peter Robinson in the Development Section. Peter has been assisting in the coaching with the under 7’s as well as carrying on the development section showing his and NAYCAFC dedication in kids development.
Our/my main aim with the children is not about winning leagues, winning trophies or winning games. The question I always ask is are you or have you enjoyed yourselves. The answer is always yes. (All the above would be nice as well he he)
