Items for Press Reports The following details are required from managers for inclusion in the weekly press reports. Details of fixture NAYCAFC Under .... yrs v ................. Home or Away. Team Sponsor. Half time score + Full Time Score. Brief details of any build up to any goals. Brief details of how both teams played. Goal Scorers - If we can identify the other teams scorers as well that would be great, but this will not always be possible (It can be obtained later from the TJFA site). Man of the Match, again if possible from both sides.
Although we are trying to promote our own teams and club in the match reports, it is important that we send in a balanced report. The last thing we need is adverse comments about other teams which may offend and cause ill feeling between teams/clubs. We are looking for something a little different eg. new sponsors/kits, any players who receives recognition and is included in district or other squads, fund raising activities etc. - basically anything connected to the club that we can develop an article from to receive some publicity. Whilst everything possible will be done to get articles published in the local press, it cannot be guaranteed. Around 85% of the material that is submitted is published. It's down to the editors as to what they publish. If individual teams submit items to the press themselves, please send a copy to the Press Officer (Kelvin) so we can monitor how well we are actually doing in getting articles published.	.  :	Back to the Homepage    Back to Contacts page
